View Course: LGBTQ+ AwarenessHelping teams build environments where people feel able to speak up, contribute and raise concerns.
Teams perform better when people feel safe to ask questions, admit mistakes and challenge ideas. This session explores what psychological safety is, how to recognise it, and the leadership and team habits that build it.
Fair work is central to Welsh Government policy, including through the Social Partnership and Public Procurement (Wales) Act 2023. Workplaces where people can raise concerns, admit mistakes and share ideas are fairer, safer and better at serving their communities, especially in health, social care and public services.
Leaders, managers and whole teams. It's suitable for local authorities, NHS Wales organisations, schools, colleges, universities, housing associations, charities and private-sector employers.
Sessions are interactive and discussion-based, using realistic workplace scenarios rather than lectures. We create a respectful space where people can ask questions honestly. For in-house groups, we adapt examples, length and emphasis to reflect your sector, policies and priorities.
