About Infinity Inclusion & Transformation Training
A Cardiff-based training and consultancy organisation specialising in equality, diversity, inclusion and workplace culture across Wales.
Supporting organisations across Wales with practical, accessible and engaging training
Infinity Inclusion & Transformation Training helps organisations create workplaces where people are treated fairly, feel they belong and can do their best work.
From our base at Enterprise House on Bute Street in Cardiff, we provide equality, diversity and inclusion training, in-house programmes and consultancy for organisations across Wales. Our work is grounded in the realities of Welsh workplaces and public services, from busy frontline teams to boards and senior leaders.
We believe good EDI training should be practical, respectful and honest. It should help people understand difference, feel confident to ask questions and know what to do differently afterwards. That's why our sessions focus on real situations, clear language and achievable action, not jargon or blame.
Whether you need a single awareness session or long-term support to change your culture, we'll work with you to understand what you need and design an approach that fits.
Our values
Five values shape how we design training, how we facilitate sessions and how we work with every client.
Respect
We treat every person, question and perspective with dignity, including in the hardest conversations.
Belonging
We want everyone to feel they can be themselves at work and contribute fully.
Equality
We believe in fair access to opportunity, and in removing the barriers that stand in the way.
Accessibility
Our training, materials and spaces are designed so that everyone can take part.
Continuous Learning
Inclusion is a journey. We keep learning, listening and improving, and help others do the same.
