View Course: LGBTQ+ AwarenessPractical, everyday behaviours that help create more respectful and inclusive workplaces.
A short, energising introduction to inclusion for everyone. It focuses on the small, everyday actions that make the biggest difference to how people feel at work, making it ideal for inductions, team meetings and development days.
The Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015 includes the goals of a more equal Wales and a Wales of cohesive communities. Those goals become real through everyday behaviour at work. This short session is an easy, engaging way to involve every member of staff.
All staff. Ideal for inductions and staff development days. It's suitable for local authorities, NHS Wales organisations, schools, colleges, universities, housing associations, charities and private-sector employers.
Sessions are interactive and discussion-based, using realistic workplace scenarios rather than lectures. We create a respectful space where people can ask questions honestly. For in-house groups, we adapt examples, length and emphasis to reflect your sector, policies and priorities.
