Leaders set the tone for inclusion. This programme helps managers and senior leaders understand what inclusive leadership looks like in practice, from how meetings are run and decisions are made to how difficult conversations about difference are handled.
The Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015 and the Social Partnership and Public Procurement (Wales) Act 2023 put equality and fair work at the heart of how Welsh organisations operate. Strategic equality plans only change things if leaders bring them to life. Inclusive leaders turn those commitments into everyday experience for their teams.
Senior leaders, managers and aspiring leaders. Can be run as two half days. It's suitable for local authorities, NHS Wales organisations, schools, colleges, universities, housing associations, charities and private-sector employers.
Sessions are interactive and discussion-based, using realistic workplace scenarios rather than lectures. We create a respectful space where people can ask questions honestly. For in-house groups, we adapt examples, length and emphasis to reflect your sector, policies and priorities.
Infinity Inclusion delivers Inclusive Leadership training for organisations throughout Wales. Book a live online session for teams spread across different sites, or face-to-face training at your own venue in Cardiff, Swansea, Newport, Bridgend, Wrexham, Merthyr Tydfil, Carmarthen, Aberystwyth, Bangor and Llandudno and beyond.
